The Terms and Conditions below apply to the complete VICO website at the web address: www.vico-movement.com. When you place an order on the VICO website you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Goods will be dispatched from Monday to Saturday. All orders placed before 3.00pm (CET) will be dispatched on the same day (Monday-Saturday). Delivery times may take a little longer during public holidays.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. If you have any questions about your shipping you can always send an e-mail to: email@example.com.
You have the right to return the goods you ordered on the VICO web shop within 30 days after receiving the goods.
Condition of product
We only accept returns if you return the goods with all delivered accessories and tags and in the original condition and packaging. Unpacking or fitting the product before returning is only acceptable to the extent that it is necessary to judge whether you wish to keep the product or not. Please note that we won't accept returned goods if we suspect the item has been worn or damaged by the customer.
If you wish to return your order, all return-shipping costs and eventual custom or import taxes are at your own expense.
Refund and Exchange
If you would like a refund and the returned goods meet the above stated conditions (see paragraph Condition of product), we will return the paid amount as quickly as possible. This will be no later than 7 working days after we have received your return.
We try our best to make sure the goods are delivered in the correct size and colour. However, if for some reason there is a mistake on our part regarding size and colour, we will refund the amount of the payment as well as the return shipping costs once we have received the returned goods. If a product is defect or not meeting your expectations, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can contact you within 1 business day and find a suitable solution.
It is possible to exchange an item if the preferred replacement is in stock. Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to to reserve a replacement before returning the goods.
The shipping costs of the exchanged product towards the customer will be paid by VICO except eventual custom or import taxes in the country of destination. The exchanged product will be send after receiving the return back, for which customer needs to pay the shipping costs (see paragraph return cost). In case we are unable to send a replacement for your returned goods, you will receive a refund.
Before returning the goods, please fill in the return form that is included in the package and (if you have not received one or have lost it, you can download it here) send this together with your return within 30 days to the following address:

Track and Trace
Please ensure that you send the return with a tracking number as VICO cannot be held responsible for lost returns during transport.
All returned items from outside the European Union should be declared as a "Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages that don't have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our address and may incur additional fees.
Customers can make their payment through Ideal, PayPal, Credit Card (Master Card and Visa) or Sofort. If you don’t use any of these options please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All prices on the VICO web shop for European Union (EU) customers include Dutch VAT (21%).
Purchases made by non-EU customers are exempt from Dutch VAT (21%). For Non-EU customers, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. After completing the checkout and payment process, customers will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you completed the checkout and payment process and did not receive an order confirmation please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Size charts that are given for individual items on the web shop are meant as a guideline only. Even though we do our best to provide you with information that is accurate as possible regarding sizing and measurements, slight deviations may occur. Please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions or doubts about measurements before ordering.
We only use your personal information for processing and delivering your order correctly and for keeping you up-to-date about your order. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties.
We aim to successfully manage the VICO web shop and to provide correct and up-to-date information. However, this cannot always be guaranteed.
We put a lot of effort into providing accurate representation of leathers, fabrics, colors and fits, but this may differ from the actual product. We cannot be held responsible for differences between the item shown on the web shop and the actual product caused by your browser, computer settings or computer system.
