You cannot put her in a box. Arlinda Mendes da Silva with her bright smile originally from Cape Verde, grew up in Rotterdam.

She is the owner of MNDS shoes, an on-line shoe store and currently working on her own footwear label as well. Her collection will consist of high quality boots handmade by the best artisans in Portugal using premium vegetal leathers from Italy. Her collection is developed together with the VICO Studio and will launch later in 2021.

Besides her passion for shoes she has always been drawn to electronical music. While raising a family and running an on-line shoe store she decided in her mid 30's to start and pursue her career as a DJ. It is never too late in life and Arlinda shows it. With hard work and resilience she obtained her first DJ gigs. And her DJ career is now on a trajectory to bigger and more gigs.
